Definition — Methodology
A deep and continuous analysis implemented by strictly following a set of directives, assessed across the whole historical dataset of a game, re-run and enhanced with newly observed patterns every 7–9 draws. Its single mandated output is a set of unique number combinations as demanded by the directive.

Definition — Protocol
A protocol runs only after a methodology has completed its task. Protocols are selecting agents: they select and filter the unique sets a methodology allocated — parity, optimal sum, best aligned combinations, sum-spread compression, standard deviation matrix, sector balancing and more — to draw out the most optimal final combinations for the game.
Execution order (P044)
1 · Hard structural gates → 2 · Portfolio constraints → 3 · Ranking / selection agents → 4 · Payout protections → 5 · Governance & audit.

Every methodology is executed against the complete loaded history of {{ gameName }} under a fixed seed, then each generated set is replayed over all {{ drawCount }} draws and scored on realised prize tiers (weights 3-hit ≈ 1, 4-hit ≈ 10, 5-hit ≈ 100, 6-hit ≈ 1000, 7-hit ≈ 5000). Ranking is empirical, not editorial — the strength rating in the register is the prior, this is the evidence. {{ btNote }}

Lottery draws are independent random events. This register governs set construction, portfolio discipline and payout protection — it does not and cannot alter the probability of any outcome. Structural methodologies shape sets; statistical controls (P042, P051, M100, M101) exist to keep every claimed advantage honest.
